What You’ll Need

• Athletes must send in their own college or team football to create a custom NIL Team FOOTBALL STICK®.
• Must be an active kicker, punter, long snapper, or specialist at the high school, college, or professional level.

What We Ask From You

• Share training content using FOOTBALL STICK® (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, etc.)
• Tag @thefootballstick and use our brand hashtags
• Provide honest feedback, photos, or videos showcasing the product
• Represent the brand positively on and off the field
• Credit FOOTBALL STICK® when your custom NIL Edition appears in your content

No Payment / NIL Agreement

This program does not include monetary compensation.

Athletes participating in the program must sign the FOOTBALL STICK® NIL Athlete Agreement to participate.

The agreement outlines:

• expectations for the program
• brand guidelines
• acceptable use of the product and brand name

Participants may leave the program at any time with no penalties by notifying us. Their NIL profile and promotional content may then be removed from official FOOTBALL STICK® platforms.

NIL Agreement & Term

• No wages, no financial compensation, and no revenue sharing.
• Participation requires agreement to the FOOTBALL STICK® NIL Athlete Agreement.
• Athletes may leave the program at any time by emailing info@footballstick.com.
• FOOTBALL STICK® reserves the right to end participation if behavior harms the brand or violates program guidelines.
