Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

Thank you for purchasing FOOTBALL STICK®.

We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, we offer a 7-day return and replacement policy from the date of delivery.

Please read this policy carefully before submitting a return request.

7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return due to:

• manufacturing defect
• damage during shipping
• incorrect item received

After the 7-day return window, we cannot offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges.

Eligible Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused
• The product must be in new condition
• The product must be returned in original packaging
• Proof of purchase must be provided

If the product shows signs of use, scuffing, wear, or damage caused by use, the return will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used FOOTBALL STICK® products
• Used footballs or equipment included in a bundle
• Products damaged due to misuse, modification, or improper handling
• Items returned after the 7-day return period

Refunds

FOOTBALL STICK® generally does not offer refunds unless a product arrives damaged or defective and a replacement is not available.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Replacements

If your FOOTBALL STICK® arrives damaged or defective, we will offer one of the following solutions:

• a replacement product, or
• a repair, when applicable.

Replacement decisions are made after the returned product has been inspected.

Return Process

To request a return:

1. Email info@footballstick.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

2. Include photos of the product if applicable.

3. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

If a replacement is approved due to a verified defect or shipping damage, FOOTBALL STICK® will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product.

Inspection Process

All returned products are inspected upon arrival.

If the product:

• does not meet the return conditions
• shows signs of use
• is returned damaged due to improper packaging

the return may be rejected and returned to the customer.

Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

To prevent fraudulent claims and payment disputes:

• All return requests must follow the process outlined in this policy.
• Unauthorized chargebacks may be disputed with documentation including delivery confirmation, product inspection results, and order verification.
